Thank you for shopping with HASTUDIO. Since all our products are made-to-order, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

❌ Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

📸 Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include:
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue

💳 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Color differences due to screen settings
  • Minor print placement variations
  • Orders cancelled after production has started
